You are best to use unripe green bananas for this, otherwise you may end up with a but of a mush.

Ingredients
- 3 Raw bananas
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 360F
- Peel the bananas and keep aside
- Prepare a mixture of water, turmeric powder and salt
- Soak the bananas in this mixture for 5-10 mins. Drain the water and dry the chips
- Apply little oil on chips to avoid sticking of banana chips in the air fryer
- Cook the chips for 15 min at 360F
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container

When you advise to dry the bananas….do you mean pat them dry or just remove extra moisture?
Sooooo….tried this recipe. Complete disaster This just makes baked/caramelized bananas, not dehydrated chips at all! Yuck! Threw them all away!
