Ingredients
 
 

  • 150 gram cream cheese
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 6 gram matcha powder
  • 20 gram corn flour
  • 15 gram cake flour
  • 40 gram egg yolk
  • 120 gram egg white
  • 70 gram granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, melt the butter and cream cheese, stirring evenly on a low heat.
  • Sieve the matcha powder into the cream cheese.
  • Add the egg yolk and 35g of sugar and stir until combined.
  • Whip together the remaining sugar and egg whites before stirring in the cheese batter in two batches.
  • Pour into a mould and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 mins.
  • Let the cheesecake chill for 3 hours before eating.
