Air Fryer Matcha Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 150 gram cream cheese
- 100 gram Butter
- 150 ml Milk
- 6 gram matcha powder
- 20 gram corn flour
- 15 gram cake flour
- 40 gram egg yolk
- 120 gram egg white
- 70 gram granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the butter and cream cheese, stirring evenly on a low heat.
- Sieve the matcha powder into the cream cheese.
- Add the egg yolk and 35g of sugar and stir until combined.
- Whip together the remaining sugar and egg whites before stirring in the cheese batter in two batches.
- Pour into a mould and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 mins.
- Let the cheesecake chill for 3 hours before eating.
