Ingredients
- 200 grams chicken mince
- 20 grams chopped onion
- 10 grams chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 5 grams coriander leaves
- 1 chopped green chilli
- olive oil
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except oil.
- Divide the mixture equally and shape into kofta-size balls.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180C for 5 mins. Lightly brush the balls with oil and place into the air fryer.
- Cook for 5-7 mins at 180C and serve hot.
