A quick healthy vegan snack from your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces firm tofu, rinsed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon brown rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350F
- Combine the brown rice flour, garlic powder, yeast in a bowl
- Now add the water, sesame oil and soy sauce
- Marinate the tofu in the mix by pouring it over the tofu
- Sprinkle with an additional tablespoon of brown rice flour
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 18 minutes
