Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons light soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons good quality honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1/2 crush black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Wash the wings and pat dry with kitchen towel
- Pour all other ingredients into a glass dish, mix well, and add the wings, and coat well.
- Cover the bowl and let the wings marinate for 6-24 hours
- Bring out to rest in room temperature for 30 mins before cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 360F
- place the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minuntes, flipping half way through the time
- Up the temperature to 400F for another 3 minutes. But be careful they don't burn, all air fryers are different
- Serve with a wedge of fresh lime
