Satay Air Fryer Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seed oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 Scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Toasted sesame seeds
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Skewer each chicken tender piece on wooden skewer
  2. In a large bowl mix all the other ingredients together
  3. Add the skewered chicken into the bowl, making sure they are completely covered by the mix
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-24 hours
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 390F
  6. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel
  7. Lay the skewers in your air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes, don't overcrowd the basket
  8. Serve and enjoy
