A great way to start your day with a classic egg based breakfast with room to include which ever ingredients you like in a frittata.
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Italian sausage
- 4 cherry tomatoes cut into halves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt/Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 360F
- Put the cherry tomatoes and sausage in your air fryer baking tin and cook at 360 degrees for 5 minutes
- Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl
- Once the tomatoes and sausage are done, add the egg mixture into the tin, making sure it is evenly spread
- Cook at the same temperature for a further 5 minutes
Great recipe, can make with confidence, a really super breakfast omelet.
