Crumbed Cauliflower

Low Carb Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cauliflower
  • 6 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350F Cut the cauliflower into medium sized florets Sprinkle salt over the cauliflower Chop the tomato roughly blend it in a blender Add the chilli pepper, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper and minced garlic to the tomato blend, and blitz quickly in the blender for a good mix Cover the cauliflower florets with the tomato mixture Toss the tomato covered cauliflower florets in the almond flour Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes For best results shake the basket at regular intervals
