Air Fryer Choc Chip Cookies

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and butter using your fingers to get a bread crumb like mix
2. Add the sugar, chocolate chips and make into a dough using the milk. It should be firm but soft.
3. Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 mins
4. Roll the dough into small balls, then flatten them to make cookie shape pieces
5. Preheat your air fryer to 320F
6. Brush the cookies with a little milk on top and put them into the preheated air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes
7. Turn off the air fryer, but leave the cookies in there for a further 10 minutes
8. Eat while warm, or store for another day
