Air Fryer Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Self Raising
  • 225 Caster Sugar
  • 25 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 75 grams Milk Chocolate
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 5 tablespoons Milk
  • Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360F
  2. In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar and cocoa
  3. Add the butter and rub it in until you have a breadcrumbs type consistency
  4. Mix the milk and two eggs together in a small bowl
  5. Add the vanilla essence and the egg and milk mix into the large bowl, mix well
  6. Add a little water if it is too thick
  7. Bash your milk chocolate in a sandwich bag with a rolling pin until you have the desired sized pieces. Add the chocolate to the mixing bowl and mix again
  8. Spoon the mixture into the little bun cases and place in the air fryer
  9. Cook for 9 minutes at 360F, then reduce to 320F for a further 6 minutes
