Ingredients
- 200 grams Self Raising
- 225 Caster Sugar
- 25 grams Cocoa Powder
- 75 grams Milk Chocolate
- 100 grams Butter
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 5 tablespoons Milk
- Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360F
- In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar and cocoa
- Add the butter and rub it in until you have a breadcrumbs type consistency
- Mix the milk and two eggs together in a small bowl
- Add the vanilla essence and the egg and milk mix into the large bowl, mix well
- Add a little water if it is too thick
- Bash your milk chocolate in a sandwich bag with a rolling pin until you have the desired sized pieces. Add the chocolate to the mixing bowl and mix again
- Spoon the mixture into the little bun cases and place in the air fryer
- Cook for 9 minutes at 360F, then reduce to 320F for a further 6 minutes
