Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 8 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- 3 TBS Cinnamon Sugar
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 280F
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat on the stove and add bread crumbs. Stir 3-4 minutes, or until they have reached a light golden color
- Place in medium sized bowl
- Beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl
- Place the corn flour in a medium sized bowl
- Peel and halve your bananas. Roll each banana half in corn flour, eggs, and bread crumbs (in that order), ensuring a good covering or bread crumbs
- Place the coated banana halves side by side in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Dust with cinnamon sugar
- Cook for 7 minutes at 280F
- Gently remove from the air fryer basket on to a plate
