I love fried rice and can eat almost endless amounts. I often add scrambled egg. The recipe below is very versatile and you can use your choice of meat and veg. Please let us know of anything particularly creative you do with your fried rice in the comments section.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cold cooked white rice
- 1 cup frozen diced vegetables
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup cooked diced pork
- 3/4 cup onion, diced
Instructions
- Pre heat your air fryer to 350F
- Place the cold cooked white rice into a large bowl, and add the soy sauce and vegetable oil, and mix well
- Add the frozen veg, onion, pork, and mix again
- Empty the mix into the non stick pan
- Place the pan into the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 350F

Do you remove the basket part of the air fryer and put the rice mixture right into the bottom part of the fryer? Or do you put a glass oversafe dish in it? Its all new to me
