Spice up and add some color to your chicken thighs with this Indian inspired dish. It’s best to try and let the chicken marinate for a few hours to soak up the flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika for color and a slightly smoky taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon for sprinkling before serving
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except the lemon juice and let the chicken marinate for at least an hour, but overnight would be ideal
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, and set the timer for 20 minutes, turn the pieces every 5 minutes. Ensure chicken is cooked through
- Dish up and squeeze the lemon over all the chicken
