Ingredients
- 5 jalapeno peppers, halved and deseeded
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons of dried parsley
- 1/8 cup breadcrumbs
- 5 slices of bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370F
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese, breadcrumbs and parsley and mix well
- Spoon the mixture into the jalapeno pepper halves, fairly genoursly
- If you are adding the bacon, now wrap a piece bacon around each jalapeno pepper half. If not, this step is not necessary.
- Place the stuffed (and wrapped) jalapeno pepper halves into your air fryer basket and cook 6-8 minutes at 370F
