Air Fryer Lobster Tail

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380F
  2. Cut the lobster through the tail section, i would use a good pair of kitchen scissors
  3. The shell can be very sharp. Break and pull back the shell
  4. Brush your lobster tails with the melted butter, salt and pepper
  5. Place the buttery lobster tails in the air fryer basket and air fry at 380F for 4 minutes. Add the remaining melted butter, and air fry for 2 minutes
