Perfect for a cocktail party, pool party or in front of the television. These easy to cook shrimp are both crisp and succulent. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp, butterflied
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F
- Mix the cornstarch and flour in a bowl
- Beat the eggs in another bowl
- Mix the panko and seasoned breadcrumbs in a final bowl
- Take each shrimp, one at a time, first dip in the flour mix, then the egg, and lastly the the breadcrumbs
- Spritz with oil
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, shake halfway through the time. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to do them in batches
- Season with the salt and pepper
- Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauces

I made these tonight and my husband and I thought they were delicious! The recipe was easy and easy to follow.
I served them with Parmesan rice, a little Greek salad, and couple of dipping sauces Very good and I’ll make them again.
