Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes clean before cutting into wedges.
  2. Soak the wedges in water for about 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Place wedges in a bowl to coat with oil and sprinkle on paprika.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180C and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
