Simple two ingredient recipe, ideal to serve at a dinner party
Ingredients
- 500 grams Peeled, deveined shrimp
- 500 grams Thinly sliced bacon, room temperature
Instructions
- Wrap one slice of bacon around each shrimp, starting from the head end, finishing at the tail
- If necessary use a toothpick to hold in place
- Place the bacon wrapped shrimp into the fridge for 20 minutes to cool
- Preheat your air fryer to 390F
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes. Do not over crowd the basket. You may need to do them in two batches
- Empty on to a paper towel to absorb excess liquid
- Serve
