Ingredients
- 600 Instant bread powder (koopmans)
- 50 grams butter, softened
- 450 grams water
- 20 grams of all purpose flour
- 300 grams brown sugar
- 25 grams tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 50 grams butter, softened
Instructions
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
- After the dough is done turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, in a small bowl.
- Roll dough into a 25×40 inch rectangle.
- Spread dough with 50 gram of butter apply a even layer of the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
- Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a lightly greased baking tray.
- Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 200 degrees C.
- Bake 2 rolls at a time in your air fryer for 10 minutes.
- Take the rolls out, and serve.
