Cinnamon Roll

Mmmmmm, homemade, soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls, done extra quickly in your air fryer. Maybe go wild and throw in some raisins, mmmmmm, homemade, soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls with raisins.

Ingredients

  • 600 Instant bread powder (koopmans)
  • 50 grams butter, softened
  • 450 grams water
  • 20 grams of all purpose flour
  • 300 grams brown sugar
  • 25 grams tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 50 grams butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
  2. After the dough is done turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, in a small bowl.
  4. Roll dough into a 25×40 inch rectangle.
  5. Spread dough with 50 gram of butter apply a even layer of the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  6. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a lightly greased baking tray.
  8. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 200 degrees C.
  10. Bake 2 rolls at a time in your air fryer for 10 minutes.
  11. Take the rolls out, and serve.
