Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions
- Tenderize the pork chops with a mallet
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or bag and marinate the pork chops in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Preheat your air fryer at 390F
- Place marinated pork chops into air fryer basket and cook for 14 minutes, turning halfway through
