Ingredients
- 2 pounds mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon duck fat
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons herbes de provence
- 2 tablespoons white vermouth
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320F
- Wash the mushrooms and quarter them
- Put the duck fat in a microwave-safe bowl and then microwave for 30 seconds
- Stir in the garlic powder, the herbes de provence and white vermouthin
- Toss the quartered mushrooms in the bowl covering really well
- Put the mushrooms in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes, tossing half way through
