Vermouth with Garlic Air Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon duck fat
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons herbes de provence
  • 2 tablespoons white vermouth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320F
  2. Wash the mushrooms and quarter them
  3. Put the duck fat in a microwave-safe bowl and then microwave for 30 seconds
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, the herbes de provence and white vermouthin
  5. Toss the quartered mushrooms in the bowl covering really well
  6. Put the mushrooms in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes, tossing half way through
