- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Cut the chicken into bit sized pieces (1 inch each)

- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket
- Spray the chicken generously with olive oil.
