Ingredients
- 2 small sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch salt for seasoning

Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil over high heat. Add potatoes and cook for approximately 15minutes, until just fork tender. Remove potatoes to cool for another 15 minutes or so.
- Grate the potatoes using a course grater into a mixing bowl. Gently toss with potato starch, garlic powder and 1 tsp of salt. Divide the mixture into 24 ( 1 inch) cylinders
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place half of the tots in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook at 200°C for 12-14 minutes until lightly browned, turning the tots halfway through. Remove from basket and season as desired. Repeat with the remaining tots. Serve immediately with ketchup or ranch dressing.
