Ingredients
- 2 portions overnight cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 garlic minced cloves
- 3 tablespoons of cut broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of chopped carrot
- 1 sausage
- 10 tablespoons of creamy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360F
- Melt butter inside baking pan for about 2 minutes
- Saute minced garlic in the butter for about 1 minute or until fragrant
- Add the broccoli and carrot cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add sausage slices and cook for 3 minutes
- Now add the rice and mix really well
- Pour in the creamy sauce and mix well again, pat the mixture level on top
- Sprinkle the cheeses evenly over the top and air fry for 8 minutes or until nicely golden
