Air Fryer Italian Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • Medium Ciabatta
  • 30 grams Italian Cheese
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Puree
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360F
  2. Dice the tomato and season generously with oregano, salt and pepper
  3. In a small bowl mix together the garlic puree and the olive oil. Add in the other seasonings, and stir it all together.
  4. Cut up the ciabatta into medium slices
  5. With a pastry brush, brush one side with the garlic/oil oily mix
  6. Cook in the air fryer in a grill pan, the oil side down for 4 minutes at 360F
  7. Turn the slice over and add the cheese, then the tomato mix and finally the basil
  8. Cook for a further 2 minutes at 390F
  9. Serve while warm
