Ingredients
- Medium Ciabatta
- 30 grams Italian Cheese
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Puree
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Oregano
- Fresh Basil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360F
- Dice the tomato and season generously with oregano, salt and pepper
- In a small bowl mix together the garlic puree and the olive oil. Add in the other seasonings, and stir it all together.
- Cut up the ciabatta into medium slices
- With a pastry brush, brush one side with the garlic/oil oily mix
- Cook in the air fryer in a grill pan, the oil side down for 4 minutes at 360F
- Turn the slice over and add the cheese, then the tomato mix and finally the basil
- Cook for a further 2 minutes at 390F
- Serve while warm
