Air Fryer Roasted Garlic

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400F
2. Cut about 1cm off the top of the head of garlic
3. Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the head of garlic in the foil
4. Gently fold the rest of the foil around the garlic
5. Place the foil wrapped garlic into your air fryer's basket. Cook for 10 minutes. The cloves should be soft and caramelized when done
6. Depending on your air fryer you may need to cook it for longer, check in 5 minute intervals
7. Once cooked allow the garlic to cool for 10 minutes. Remove the cloves by squeezing them out of the papery skins
