Ingredients
- 1 large head of garlic
- Aluminum foil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F
- Cut about 1cm off the top of the head of garlic
- Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the head of garlic in the foil
- Gently fold the rest of the foil around the garlic
- Place the foil wrapped garlic into your air fryer's basket. Cook for 10 minutes. The cloves should be soft and caramelized when done
- Depending on your air fryer you may need to cook it for longer, check in 5 minute intervals
- Once cooked allow the garlic to cool for 10 minutes. Remove the cloves by squeezing them out of the papery skins
