Ingredients
- 2 can of Tuna in water
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain most of the liquid from the canned tuna. Mix the tuna, mustard, bread crumbs, lemon juice, parsley in a bowl. Add some Tabasco to your liking
- If the mixture seems a bit dry, add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix
- Add the egg and combine. Add salt and pepper to taste
- On a sheet of baking paper spoon the tuna mixture into patties.
- To help keep the patties in shape, refrigerate for an hour or two (or overnight, if possible)
- Preheat your air fryer to 360F
- Place your patties in the air fryer and and cook for 10 minutes. If you want them to be extra crispy, leave the patties in for an extra 2 – 5 minutes.
- For extra crispy, leave the patties in for an extra 2–5 minutes
