Air Fryer Tuna Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 can of Tuna in water
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain most of the liquid from the canned tuna. Mix the tuna, mustard, bread crumbs, lemon juice, parsley in a bowl. Add some Tabasco to your liking
  2. If the mixture seems a bit dry, add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix
  3. Add the egg and combine. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. On a sheet of baking paper spoon the tuna mixture into patties.
  5. To help keep the patties in shape, refrigerate for an hour or two (or overnight, if possible)
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 360F
  7. Place your patties in the air fryer and and cook for 10 minutes. If you want them to be extra crispy, leave the patties in for an extra 2 – 5 minutes.
  8. For extra crispy, leave the patties in for an extra 2–5 minutes
  9. Enjoy
