Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Soft Cheese
- 1 Slice Ham
- 20 grams Oats
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Puree
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Tarragon
- 1 tablespoon Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360F
- Cut the chicken at an angle to right near to the corner so that you can fold them over and add ingredients to the center
- Sprinkle tarragon, salt and pepper, lightly covering the chicken
- Mix the soft cheese, garlic and parsley in a bowl
- Spread a layer of the soft cheese mixture in the middle of the chicken Add half a slice of both the cheddar cheese and ham
- Press down the chicken to seal it with the filling
- Beat the egg in a bowl
- Blend the oats, and place in another bowl and mix with thyme
- Roll the chicken in the oats first, then the egg and back in the oats
- Place your chicken pieces into the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes at 360F, turning half way through
