Quick Quick Air Fryer Potatoes Au Gratin

Commonly know as Potato Gratin, this recipe has been adapted for the airfryer, making it quicker and tastier to add to your meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 100 milliliters Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Plain Flour
  • 50 grams Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360F
  2. Cut the potatoes, with their skin still on, into real thin slices
  3. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes
  4. While they are cooking, mix together two eggs, cream and flour until they are of a thick, smooth consistency
  5. Used the now crispy potatoes and line the bottom of your dish(es)
  6. Cover with the cream mixture, sprinkle cheese and cook for a further 10 minutes on 390F
  7. Serve as a delicious side

    I made scalloped potatoes using an air fryer and they have been cooking for over an hour . at first I had it set on 325 degrees the cooked at that tempo for about 40 mins. they are nowhere near don I have since turn the temp m up to 375. this seems a little long to me. the air fryer is 1700 watts and 12.4gt. any opions out there?
