Commonly know as Potato Gratin, this recipe has been adapted for the airfryer, making it quicker and tastier to add to your meal.
Ingredients
- 2 Large Potatoes
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 100 milliliters Cream
- 1 tablespoon Plain Flour
- 50 grams Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360F
- Cut the potatoes, with their skin still on, into real thin slices
- Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes
- While they are cooking, mix together two eggs, cream and flour until they are of a thick, smooth consistency
- Used the now crispy potatoes and line the bottom of your dish(es)
- Cover with the cream mixture, sprinkle cheese and cook for a further 10 minutes on 390F
- Serve as a delicious side

I made scalloped potatoes using an air fryer and they have been cooking for over an hour . at first I had it set on 325 degrees the cooked at that tempo for about 40 mins. they are nowhere near don I have since turn the temp m up to 375. this seems a little long to me. the air fryer is 1700 watts and 12.4gt. any opions out there?
